If a piece does not settle well with you, we support both returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

The Policy

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns/Exchanges are processed via our door-to-door courier service.

Returns & Refunds

For returns, our courier will collect the items from you. Once inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days through Instapay, a mobile wallet, or bank transfer. The return courier fee is deducted from the refunded amount.
